Welcome to the website of Dr Alan Burrow Optometrist. Our goal is to provide the highest standard Professional Service for Patients Who Value Their Vision.
Vision is our dominant sense. It has been estimated that approximately 80% of information is derived through the eyes. However, our vision also enables us to appreciate the natural beauty around us. We are privileged in this area to have a great variety of natural attractions from the mountains and forests to the rivers and the sea. Furthermore, we have a marine park with both warm and cold species unique to this area. We are also privileged to have whales migrating up and down the coast. It is through our vision that we can derive the greatest appreciation of these natural wonders. It is worth preserving our most precious asset.
It is very satisfying that as optometrists, it is our primary function to restore vision by correcting refractive errors (focusing errors) with lenses of various types, including spectacles and contact lenses.
We are committed to taking the time to ensure that all aspects of the eye examination and dispensing of spectacles are performed to the highest level to provide patients with clearest possible vision and spectacles or contact lenses that meet their cosmetic and financial needs.
